I just run make print-PLIST - doesn't that sort the files automatically? (And if not, maybe it should?)
Also, I see the package requires: pybtex>=0.20 pybtex-docutils>=0.2.0 six>=1.4.1 Sphinx>=1.0 oset>=0.1.3 but there are not in DEPENDS. Will it work without them?
It compiles in a sandbox, and the pkgsrc-wip package did not have them either. I'm packaging all this so the new Coq version can make its documentation - that does need pybtex, sphinx [which I have added as a dependency to this package as well] and oset, but not six, so if anything I don't think they are hard dependencies.
