This change appears to break installing gpgme on netbsd-6.  The
configure step doesn't find a working C++11 compiler so doesn't
build any of gpgme for C++.  This then causes an install to fail
because the PLIST contains gpgme C++ related entries which weren't
produced and can't be packaged.
