Looks good to me, but I now see breakage in a local project which
needs  -std=c++14 :

/usr/pkg/include/libecap/common/memory.h:19:12: error: 'std::weak_ptr' has not been declared
 using std::weak_ptr;
            ^
/usr/pkg/include/libecap/common/memory.h:20:12: error: 'std::shared_ptr' has not been declared
 using std::shared_ptr;


Reverting your patch fixes it for me... (-current's gcc 5.4.0)
(No breakage without c++14, but it's necessary for spirit::x3)
