  MakeMaker of 5.22 (and, maybe, 5.20) started to call test_dynamic target in the daughter Makefile.
  Correct "{" in RExes of libPARI/gphelp.
  Attempt to workaround a broken config of gcc on vendor's Perl on Solaris.
