Update devel/st to 1.9.

Changes from 1.8 to 1.9.
------------------------
o  Support 32-bit and 64-bit Intel Macs.

o  Added ST_VERSION string, and ST_VERSION_MAJOR and ST_VERSION_MINOR
   [bug 1796801].

o  Fixed some compiler warnings, based on a patch from Brian Wellington
   [bug 1932741].
