Import p5-Pod-Coverage-TrustPod-0.100003 as textproc/p5-Pod-Coverage-TrustPod.

This is a Pod::Coverage subclass (actually, a subclass of
Pod::Coverage::CountParents) that allows the POD itself to declare
certain symbol names trusted.
