Update salt-docs to version 2015.8.5

This now builds thanks to a patch in textproc/py-sphinx. This version is
the same as found in sysutils/salt in the first place.

Approved by pkgsrc-pmc@ during freeze.

XXX use a Makefile.common together with salt
