Update py-vdirsyncer to 0.7.5:

*released on 23 December 2015*

- Fixed a bug in :storage:`remotestorage` that would try to open a CLI browser
  for OAuth.
- Fix a packaging bug that would prevent vdirsyncer from working with newer
  lxml versions.
