Package DeforaOS Phone 0.4.3

This release brings:
- fewer dependencies (both "purple" and "sofia-sip" modem backends are now
  maintained externally, likewise for the "locker" plug-in)
- easier integration of third-party extensions (with pkg-config)
- improvements to the user interface
- spanish translation
- minor bugfixes
