Rely on header to provide memset().
Gets us further in a PKGSRC_USE_FORT build; however, still fails with:

[1]   Abort trap (core dumped) ./soobj/aux/mkro...
base/lib.mak:3063: recipe for target 'soobj/gsromfs1_.c' failed
