* Support JIS X0213:2004 glyphs with jp90 tag. IVS replacement is not

* Fix glyphs of Katakana like Kanji characters.
* Migu 1C: Fix glyph of l character.
* Migu 1VS: Distinguish l from 1.
* Migu 1BT: Use western glyphs from Bitter.
  - Add slash to zero, 0.
  - Improve l character.
  - Make - more long.
  - More curly ~.
  - More side bearing for : and ;.
