TortoiseHg 3.2.1 is a bug fix release, mostly intended to pick up
hot-fixes in Mercurial 3.2.1

BugFixes

    Avoid confusion with explorer extension dialog (#3968, #2339)
    Improve documentation for terminal shell configuration (#3957)
