This should have waited until after the freeze.  Bumping zlib will
mean all bulk builds will now have to do a full rebuild as basically
everything depends on zlib.

We only get 2 weeks for the freeze, and some bulk builds take a week
to run, thus we just lost the chance to do any update builds.

Any updates to non-leaf packages like this MUST be approved by
pkgsrc-pmc, especially when it affects core packages such as this.
