Wen,

We are currently in a freeze for pkgsrc-2014Q3, as announced on all
pkgsrc lists, during which time there should be no new additions to
pkgsrc.

As this is a perl module and is unlikely to cause many problems I
don't see any merit in removing it now, but please keep to the rules
of the freeze in future.
