Update to 0.26. From the changelog:

- Fixed a bug relating to skipped steps in TermColor output
  https://github.com/sheriff/test-bdd-cucumber-perl/issues/40
- Changed examples/ to use C->matches

Updating this leaf during the freeze for the bugfix.
