So, no warning is even more harmless, no?

It is the warning for pkgsrc developer to help fixing why C++ codes are
not built.
If no error (and wanted modules written in C++ are built), it should be
stay as-is.
Adding "c++" to USE_LANGUAGES makes this package depend on c++ compiler,
it is unwanted.
