Import git-svn-1.8.5.2 as devel/git-svn.

git svn is a simple conduit for changesets between Subversion and
git. It provides a bidirectional flow of changes between a Subversion
and a git repository.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 pkgsrc/devel/git-svn/DESCR \
    pkgsrc/devel/git-svn/Makefile
