I'm afraid announcement without pre-compiled packages binary and/or
a proper document about settings is not so fun for most users.

I've just put config file examples and mlterm packages binaries
that can be installed using existing pkgsrc-2013Q1 binaries:
http://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/tsutsui/mlterm/

I'll also write a dumb document and post an announcement later,
but aggressive users can try the above mlterm binaries with
2013Q1 binaries.
(MESSAGE file and man pages in the mlterm package and might help)
