FWIW, I am of the opinion that moving packages has a significant cost
(in terms of package management programs not necessarily coping), and
that it should be done only when there is a significant benefit. I
realize the x11 category is kitchen-sinkish, but {x,o}clock is not a
time tracker someone might discover looking at the time category, but
venerable bits one expects as part of X (at least if you are of the X
Generation and remember X10). So I think this particular move does not
have benefit that outweighs the cost. But I also think it's of very
little consequence - I'm only really commenting to point out the general
"moving is not free" issue.
