I'm not convinced that pkgsrc should be intrinsically tied with what
src is using, but that's for another discussion.

However, what I wanted to suggest was that we move pkgsrc-wip to
github.  It's possible I've drunk too much kool-aid in the last few
years, but I think that it would be a very good proof-of-concept, and
would also hopefully encourage more contributions - I don't know of
anyone choosing to use Sourceforge these days, everyone I know is on
github, and pull requests make it easier for them to contribute.
