Updating package for Perl 5 module Data::Visitor from CPAN in
devel/p5-Data-Visitor from 0.27nb2 to 0.28.

pkgsrc changes:
- adjust dependencies

Upstream changes:
0.28  2012-02-12
    - convert to dzil
    - bump namespace::clean dep
    - better error message if Data::Alias isn't found
    - doc fixes
