changes: bugfixes:
-Fixed memory leak in PKCS #8 key import
-Check key identifiers when checking for an issuer

pkgsrc note: This is just a last checkpoint on the 2.x branch, in case
 it will be needed for the Q2 branch. Will update to 3.x RSN.
