Update emacs-snapshot to 24.0.93.20120222.

Notable changes:
        * dired-x.el (dired-guess-shell-alist-default):
        Remove escape sequences from nroff output.  (Bug#172)
        * icomplete.el (icomplete-completions): Check FROM arg before
        passing to substring (Bug#10850).
        * international/characters.el (script-list): Sync with the latest
        Unicode Character Database.
        * newcomment.el (uncomment-region-default): Don't leave extra space
        when an arg is provided (bug#8150).
