Update to dnsmasq-2.59
When building DBus support, install the config file for DBus

Notable Changes from 2.55:
IPv6 interface fixes
Fixed an invalid server id of 0.0.0.0 being sent in some situations
Correctly return NODATA for an AAAA query to a CNAME with only an A
Fixed a bug with some truncated TFTP files
Support IPv6 scope ids in resolv.conf
