This breaks p5-Mouse:

xs-src/Mouse.c:1107: error: static declaration of 'XS_Mouse__Object_BUILDARGS' 
follows non-static declaration
xs-src/Mouse.xs:70: error: previous declaration of 'XS_Mouse__Object_BUILDARGS' 
was here
*** Error code 1

I expect that's fairly easily fixed but it's not obvious to those
without Perl knowledge...
