Update groonga to 1.2.1.

* improvements
  * add threshold parameter to suggest command.
  * add limit parameter to suggest HTTP server.
  * grnest: support stop with SIGINT.
* fixes
  * fix bug if multiple database are opened and at one of it is closed,
    related plugins will be also closed. #894
  * fix wrong output for --with-default-encoding from configure --help.
  * fix typo in tutorial.
