Again, why is it required?
ocaml-findlib have no contents to buildlink.
I feel buildlinking is no gain, just slow down building.

Why not just adding following to xentools41/Makefile, like other packages using 
ocaml-findlib?
DEPENDS+= ocaml-findlib-[0-9]*:../../devel/ocaml-findlib
