Even with this version, on 5.99.24/amd64 before terminfo, I get e.g.
for news/tin:
=> Applying pkgsrc patches for tin-1.9.4nb1

ERROR: ncurses>=5.3nb1 is not installed; can't buildlink files.
*** Error code 1

or for mutt
=> Applying pkgsrc patches for mutt-1.5.20nb2

ERROR: ncurses>=5.3nb1 is not installed; can't buildlink files.
*** Error code 1

Can you please take a look?
