I've checked devel/p5-Module-Install/Makefile and the dependency to
devel/p5-Module-Build
has been there for a long time ...
Read: There's nothing *again*, nothing new - just noone found it until now.
And no, I won't setup a chroot pkgsrc build environment, which will
contain just a bootstrapped
pkgsrc and test there all updatable packages before. If this is
mandatory, I cannot continue my
work. I'm thankful for every reported issue - and I'm going to fix it
as soon as possible. But I'm
neither willing nor able to check every possibility.
