Log Message:
Update mgetty to 1.1.36, at the same time patching faxspool to use
mktemp(1) to avoid symlink vulnerabilities in tmp file/directory
creation/removal (mitre.org CVE-2008-4936). Named 1.1.36nb1 to
emphasize difference from upstream.
