Updating graphics/graphviz from 2.22.2 to 2.24.0

pkgsrc changes:
  - Adding support for ghostscript
  - Removing option for swig - it's used automatically now when a
    language binding is choosen
  - Removing rsvg and guile from suggested options to reduce default
    dependencies

Upstream changes:
