Update to mdocml-1.8.0:
  - significant cleanups in mdoc_term.c
  - support for XXn and XXm -offset values
  - removed exposure of some libmdoc functions from mdoc.h
  - fixed presentation of `Fo', `Vt'
  - fixes for clarity in mdoc.7
