Update to 1.2 release.

Changes since 1.1 release

        Support for new platforms:
                add "universal" (PPC and x86) configure option for MacOS X
                report CPU model name on "MacIntel"
                report "CPU CHIP TYPE" on HP-UX
                detect Windows on Windows64
                detect amd64 architecture on Windows
                detect Windows Server 2008
        Use $(MAKE) for all recursive make invocations
        Add --force-sdbm configure option
        Fix UTFLEN() to handle zero
        fix timing script to deal with AFS
