Update from version 1.37 to 1.42.

Pkgsrc changes:
 o Change to Module::Build
 o Adjust dependency according to META.yml

    - When transforming elements with attributes into hash-refs - make
    sure they are placed in the correct namespace. Previously
    <media:description> over-rided the plain <description>. (as in Flickr).
