Update from version 0.63 to version 0.64.

Pkgsrc changes:
- Adjust dependency on devel/p5-Class-MOP

      - Tests (but no support yet) for parameterized traits (Sartak)
    * Moose
      - Require Class::MOP 0.75+, which has the side effect of making
