Update "libtorrent" to version 0.12.2 and "rtorrent" to version 0.8.2
Changes since version 0.11.9 respectively 0.7.9:
- Support for DHT.
- Cleanup and refactoring of the API.
- Enable PEX by default.
- A lot of bug fixes and minor improvements
