Updated from version 1.04nb1 to 1.05.

Upstream changes:

        - Upgrading to Module::Install 0.77
        - Refactoring the DESTROY method to be more paranoidly correct
        - Updating the test scripts to newer style
        - Removing File::Spec dependency
        - Adding support for wrapping around packages that aren't in their
          own module file.
