Update to 2.2.3:

2.2.3 (stable):

* Windows:
  - Added project files (and property sheets) for
  MSVC++ 2005 and 2008.
  (Armin Burgmeier)
  - Removed unnecessary dependency on afxrefs.h, so it builds
  with MSVC++ Express editions.
  (Cedric Gustin)
