Update to links-2.2.  Changes:

 - Swiss German (Zueriduetsch) translation

 - Fix scrollbars being offset by few pixels when "scrolling" attribute
   was used

 - Drop .gz or .bz2 extension when viewing files downloaded from ftp (and
   decompressing them)

 - Turn memory debugging off by default

 - Security bug fixed: when "only proxies" is selected, don't pass URLs
   to external programs
