Update to xf86-video-mga-1.4.9.

  Update PInS defaults for G200SE-A.
  Filter high-bandwidth modes on G200SE.
  No depth 15 on G200SE-A.
  Updates to memory sizing on G200SE.

  Change initial memory sizing on G200SE.
  Disable I2C on G200SE for now.
