Log Message:
Update ruby-cairo to version 1.5.1.  Changes from version 1.5.0 include:

+ Install as a Ruby gem.

* Support Quartz surface.
* Fix a wrong type conversion bug.
* Fix a memory leak bug.
* Support ruby 1.9.0.
* Fix typos.
* Rename Cairo::WIN32Surface to Cairo::Win32Surface
  * Cairo::WIN32Surface is still available for backward compatibility but
    don't use in newly written code.
