changes:
-UI improvements:
 -Font lists are now sorted alphabetically
 -Evolution records are now sorted by the "file_under" field
 -Explicitely set page size when printing "other" page size
 -Enforce minimum size for images to prevent rendering of images
  of zero size
-bugfixes
