2007-02-24 v1.24 Tels 122 tests
  * fix bug #22507: add missing compression modes for TIFF
  * fix bug #25032: fix TIFF ASCII text field handling (Thanx BJWHEELER!)
    (This enables, among other things the ImageDescription tag for TIFF
     files)
