   Remove the "mysql", "pgsql" and "xml" options, as they were removed from
   the Samba distribution since version 3.0.23.  "mysql" and "pgsql" passdb
   backends are now maintained via http://pdbsql.sourceforge.net/ and will
   have to be packaged separately.
