Update p5-XML-SAX-Writer to 1.50.

pkgsrc-changes:
  fix dependency. add p5-XML-SAX (XML::SAX::Exception), p5-Text-Iconv and
  p5-XML-Filter-BufferText, and delete p5-File-Temp-[0-9]* (already in base
  perl package)
