Update py-urwid to 0.8.10.  Patches provided by Ossi Herrala in
a private email.

Changes since 0.8.4:
- Many new widgets including Filler, Button, RadioButton, CheckBox, etc.
- Improved support for CJK encodings.
- Expanded tutorial.
- Bug fixes.
