Log Message:
- The .gz extension for manual pages is not necessary, since it is
  handled automatically by pkgsrc.
- Rewrote the PLIST parser a little bit, which revealed that PLIST
  directives like @dirrm may be prefixed with ${FOR_...} or
  ${NOTFOR_...}.
