This change is wrong, because DIST_SUBDIR was set when there was no
PKGREVISION (Makefile 1.31).  Now the distfile of php-5.14nb1 has the
same path as that of php-5.14, which breaks the package for those who
downloaded the php-5.14 distfile.  See kristerw's recent Darwin bulk
build.
