Log Message:
Updated pkg_filecheck to 0.2.

The PKGDBDIR and PKGDBDIR.refcount directories are excluded from the
list of files to check, because for unprivileged pkgsrc, they are
subdirectories of PKGSRCDIR.

Removed the dependency on libnbcompat for NetBSD.
