Hmmm, looks like I found an unspecified situation here, according to
<http://www.netbsd.org/developers/pkgsrc/#rules>. First, I could need
some clarification on the word "package update". Does that include
PKGREVISION bumps? Second, this one is not a leaf package, but it also
has less than three packages that use it. So the commit wasn't allowed,
and I didn't have to ask for it? Sounds weird. :)
